The Parkour Fitness program developed by Chaos Faktory™️ is a fully bodyweight based signature fitness training program together with skills that can develop anyone physically & mentally through a variety of movement patterns. Parkour Fitness prepares a healthy body in terms of Strength, Endurance, Stamina, Mobility, Flexibility and Agility. 

The training regimen includes elements of basic to Intermediate level Parkour, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Animal Movements, Animal Flow and Obstacle Course Training. If you are a beginner or advanced, you will be challenged through variety of creative dynamic floor exercises, bar workouts, multiple progressive exercises from the simplest of quadrupedal movements to advanced elements such as muscle-ups, clap push-ups, pistol squats and more. 

Fitness becomes a by-product of this program while learning interesting skills such as Handstands, Cartwheels, Kick-ups, Macaco and lots more together with fitness training.

This program welcomes everyone with any fitness level. Every exercise is worked through understanding of proper technique and form. If you are a beginner, you will learn it all from scratch with clarity and if you are already better, you will be challenged through tougher variations.
