Depends on your requirement. If you are planning to work on your fitness and also attain a few interesting skills alongside, Parkour Fitness is the right one for you where you get to sweat it out consistently five days a week (we have options for 2, 3 & 4 days a week as well) to understand and learn multiple disciplines of movement, get stronger, faster, flexible and become fit overall. If you think you are at a good enough fitness level and want to attain advanced Ninja skills, Parkour Freerunning and/or Advanced Calisthenics is the option for you where you will be working on techniques for Parkour, Freerunning and Calisthenics movements. Remember, when fitness meets right techniques, movements uncover. Hence work on your fitness on your own throughout the week while incorporating the drills you have been taught or join our Parkour Fitness batch in addition and we shall prepare you better with the fundamentals and get you faster progress.
We focus on range of motion and every session ends with at least 10-15 min of stretching leading towards good amount of flexibility over time.

Doesn’t matter if you have worked out earlier or not. Fitness is not about knowing or being able to do any workout well enough. It’s about getting better from where you are and raising it to the next level. Parkour Fitness is a group session and our Fitness and Movement experts explain every workout in detail, break it down to your level, so you know what you are putting your body through, be present in the moment and feel your workout. You will be involved physically and MENTALLY.
Parkour Freerunning & Advanced Calisthenics programs are our skill learning programs where we work on movements one at time, observe, understand, analyze and improvise them.
Movement training is all about repetition of right technique. Hence we have the Freestyle Open Session option where you can come in and drill what you have learnt. All our Parkour Fitness, Parkour Freerunning & Advanced Calisthenics program members have unlimited free access during mentioned FOS hours.
Yes you can. If you are not a member under any of our programs, we have Freestyle Open Session subscriptions for self practice.
No recovery included in 1 month package.
2 months’ package has one week of recovery sessions already included in the subscription. If you are going away for any reason, we can freeze/extend 1 week for you in addition, upon request before subscription expiry, which means you get a total of 2 weeks to recover your sessions.
6 months’ package has 3 weeks of recovery sessions already included. Another 3 weeks can be frozen/extended in addition, which means you get a total of 6 weeks to recover your sessions.
12 months’ package has 6 weeks of recovery sessions already included and another 6 weeks can be frozen/extended in addition, which means you get a total of 12 weeks to recover your sessions.

If your fitness level is intermediate or above and you have decent vertical jumps, the sessions mentioned below teach backflips as part of the program.

Our faktory has comfortable flooring which is sufficient to absorb the impact. However, a pair of shoes can help with better grip, more stability and greater impact absorption.
