The Parkour Fitness program developed by Chaos Faktory™️ is a fully bodyweight based signature fitness training program together with skills that can develop anyone physically & mentally through a variety of movement patterns. Parkour Fitness prepares a healthy body in terms of Strength, Endurance, Stamina, Mobility, Flexibility and Agility.
The training regimen includes elements of basic to Intermediate level Parkour, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, Animal Movements & Animal Flow. If you are a beginner or advanced, you will be challenged through variety of creative dynamic floor exercises, multiple progressive exercises from the simplest of quadrupedal movements to advanced elements such as clap push-ups, pistol squats and more.
Fitness becomes a by-product of this program while you learn fundamental skills such as Crow, Headstands, Handstands and lots of interesting variations of inversions together with the fitness work.
This program welcomes everyone with any fitness level. Every exercise is worked through understanding of proper technique and form. If you are a beginner, you will learn it all from the base with clarity and if you are already better, you will be improvised on your form with tougher variations.
All you will need is a yoga mat and some space.
